Temple Prayer is a Bible study and prayer guide about the Temples in the Bible and what is supposed to happen inside each one. Today, your body is a temple of God. You will learn a new pattern of prayer based on God’s original design for temple worship. Each class teaches you more about this pattern of worship and prayer found throughout the Bible. A teaching video, discussion questions, and a prayer guide are included in each class.

The Pattern at a Glance

Eight Stations, One Journey into His Presence

From the Eastern Gate to the Ark of the Covenant—each station is a deep dive into a core aspect of our relationship with Jesus.

Temple Prayer — Worship in God's House: the eight stations from the Eastern Gate through the Outer Court, Holy Place, and Holy of Holies
The Big Biblical Question

What If the Temple Was More Than an Ancient Building?

Many Christians know individual Temple stories but have never been shown the pattern that connects them. This study asks how the Tabernacle, the Temple, Jesus, the Church, and the heavenly sanctuary belong to one unfolding biblical revelation.

The Pattern

God Designed the Approach

Moses was commanded to build according to the pattern shown by God. The order, boundaries, sacrifices, washings, light, bread, incense, veil, and mercy seat all taught Israel how a holy God could dwell among His people.

The Fulfillment

Jesus Is the Reality

Jesus is not merely one symbol among many. He is the Gate, the Lamb, the cleansing fountain, the Light, the Bread, the High Priest and Intercessor, the torn Veil, and the One who brings us into the Father’s presence.

The Response

Prayer Becomes a Journey of Truth

Because Christ has fulfilled the pattern, believers can use it as a practical guide for approaching God with thanksgiving, faith, repentance, dependence, Scripture, intercession, confidence, and rest.

The Bible Study

Bible Study Classes

Thirteen classes, each a deep dive into some aspect of the Temple Prayer. Watch the videos, study the Scriptures, wrestle with the questions, and use the prayer guide to prayerfully worship God in the way He originally designed for us to approach Him.

About the Bible Study & Prayer Guide

Temple Prayer is not a memorized prayer like the Lord’s Prayer—it’s a pattern of worship with the Holy Spirit as your guide.

“Have them build a sanctuary for Me, so that I may dwell among them. You shall construct it in accordance with everything that I am going to show you, as the pattern of the tabernacle and the pattern of all its furniture.” — Exodus 25:8–9

Temple Prayer is not a script to memorize or recite like the Lord’s Prayer. It is a biblical pattern of worship revealed through the Tabernacle—an intentional journey, station by station, that shows how ordinary people can draw near to a holy God through Jesus Christ. As the Holy Spirit guides us through each station, He brings Scripture to life, reveals what we need in the moment, and leads us into deeper prayer, repentance, worship, and intimacy with God. Over time, this pattern becomes deeply personal—helping you move beyond running out of things to say, develop a Spirit-led rhythm of prayer, and grow in faith as you encounter Jesus throughout the Temple.

That’s why this site is both a Bible study and a prayer guide. First you study the pattern—what each station is, where it appears in Scripture, and how it points to Jesus. Then the prayer guide takes what you’ve studied and turns it into how you actually pray, station by station, with the Holy Spirit as your guide.

The Learning Path

Move From Biblical Understanding to Daily Practice

Work through the lessons in order. Do not rush straight to the prayer steps without first understanding the Scriptures behind them. Each class gives you three connected experiences:

1. Study

See the Pattern in Scripture

Trace the station through the Old Testament, the life and work of Jesus, the New Covenant, and the heavenly reality.

2. Understand

Recognize Its Fulfillment in Christ

Use the questions to examine what the passage means, what Jesus has accomplished, and what must change in your thinking.

3. Pray

Turn Truth Into Spirit-Led Prayer

Use the printable guide to respond personally to God, while allowing the Holy Spirit to lead the conversation.
